A Better Plugins Index
-
Is it possible that we connect the plugins index to Ruby Library Depot and Smustard..so SCF members get notifications about new plugins here only??
-
Firstly you already posted this here.
Secondly, the Plugin Index is compiled and updated by our very valued member/scripter Jim. This takes considerable time and effort on Jim's behalf and it deals solely with plugins that get mentioned in SCF. Plugins hosted on other sites like Smustard/Ruby Depot etc are already managed by those involved there. We may mention them here and at times Didier from Ruby Depot will post here detailing new plugins but we do not host those files here unless express permission is granted by the scripter.
Ideally, an all encompassing Ruby Index would be a great idea but implementing this needs manpower. Jim's system works and without it members would be forced to manually search the forums.
I you have a means of collating this info please feel free share it with the community.
