New licence for sketch up

Hi,
At my current company we have one licence (pro 7) which i have solely been using but now we have a new employee who needs to use the pro version as well. However as we have discovered it doesn't allow both of us to work easily at the same time with the same licence.
Do we need to buy another single licence (pro 8 as current) or is there an additional package we can purchase for one other person to be able to use.

It may be best to directly contact Google Sketchup.
I believe they will convert to multi-seat license for an additional fee. -
