Make Group Shortcut

I want to make a Shortcut for Make Group, but there are 2 items in the Shortcuts dialog:

Edit/Make Group
Edit/Item/Make Group

What is the difference in these?

Edit/Item is the context menu.
I think there might be a difference between them in that one will let you group individual entities, and the other require two or more.

Edit/Item/Make Group must be part of SU8? Don't see it in 7.xxx

You may need to have something selected before opening the Shortcuts preferences dialog.

Select two or more entities.
If the menu is not visible in the SU UI the shortcut list won't display it.
