How did your team get on today?
-
I'm a Leeds United fan and made the trip down to Coventry today. Was a great performance, especially in the first half.
Nice little stadium too, one of the best of the 'new' stadiusm that I've been to.
So, who do you support? Are you crying into your tea tonight? Or out celebrating?
-
I'm an Ipswich Fan. We beat Sheffield 2-1 so that's joint 4th in the league. Been a supporter since early 90's.
But since Rugby is my sporting obsession I would consider myself a Munster fanatic.
Leeds , never should've gotten rid of O'Leary!

TCU are kicking Utah's ass at moment, that will be 10 -0 games so far. Go Hornfrogs!!
Oh, this is College football (not soccer)
-
And Oregon and Boise continue onward also!!! Those are my top 2 favorites right now.
I'm sort of anti-east coast college football (anything east of Colordao is east coast to a Californian ).
Good luck TCU, Oregon, and Boise in the upcoming weeks...
Chris
Oh, and good luck to all those futbol teams out there too!

Chelsea play at Liverpool tomorrow. I hate Liverpool more than I hate anything.

Why's that, John?!
Solo, I've heard a few things about college (american!) football, educate me! It's pretty well supported isn't it, with good stadia etc? Does it feed to the NFL? Or is it a stand-alone competition?

The general smug, obnoxious, attitude of the club and their supporters. The constant J96 campaigns while Heysel is brushed under the carpet. Steven Gerrard - innocent. "If any of our players dived, we'd be having a word", while Gerrard falls over if there's the rumour of a breeze. Rafael Benitez.
The Champions League semis under Mourinho may have also added some contribution.

It's independent of the NFL. But obviously the best college players are picked up by the NFL clubs.
This is a nearly-accurate mock up of the Louisville Cardinals stadium that has just been completed. I don't follow American football at all, but I think Louisville is a barely ranked university for football.

Totally agree with you there about Liverpool, John. Self Pity City indeed.
Those stadiums are unbelievable! Are they full each week?

3-1 victory for Leeds today. Becchio hat-trick after he came on as substitute. Would have been nice to keep a clean sheet though.
-
Bombed away to Barnsley
It'll be Keane out soon I think, though I'd rather him to have more time
-
I went to Burnley yesterday to watch Leeds....
What a game.
First half we were absymal and deservedly 2-0 down. 2nd half we came out and were sensational, coming from 2-0 down to win 3-2, with a fabulous goal in the last 5 minutes to win it for us.
Fabulous stuff! Was buzzing!
