Tools on Surface rb. not loading

I've gone over the install info and haven't been able to ID any errors. (SU Pro 7.0 experienced user)
I come up with following error message when loading SU.:
Error Loading File ZLoader__OnSurface.rb
No such file to load -- LibFredo6.rbThe ZLoader file does exist in the Plugins directory.

It's required for a few of Fredo's plugins

Thanks for replying, --- I just found that info on the Sketching 3d blog and it loaded very nicely.
I've not taken the time to investigate these ruby plug-ins and I'm making up for lost time.
----------lots of lost time doing manually what these scripts accomplish so smoothly.
