i use this 2 sketchup plugins:Wall Tools
http://rhin.crai.archi.fr/RubyLibraryDepot/plugin_details.php?id=471slabtool
http://rhin.crai.archi.fr/RubyLibraryDepot/plugin_details.php?id=394would be possible to edit it to make up for apposite layers?
for example: Wall tool in layer Wall and slabtool in layer Slab

You need to rewrite the tool to put all of the new geometry onto
model.layers["WALL"]etc -
