is there a way to change the color of a page instead of the white background?

i've used shapes with colored fill to accomplish it but just wondering if i'm missing an easy way out.

    thanks

aw chris, did you get lost in the layout forum again? πŸ˜‰

fwiw, a couple of pages in my pdf via layout include renderings and they look better on black instead of white.. there are no sketchup models on these pages so style changes won't work (at least i don't think they will)

[edit - hey, what happened to chris' post?.. i'll keep his last name out of this to leave you all guessing πŸ˜„ ]

        .

so i'll take no response as a 'no, you can't do this'

on that note, i'd like to make a [REQ] for a LO plugin to accomplish this..
        ..oh, wait πŸ˜„

          Oh wait what?
No plugins possible for LO yet?

On a serious note; it would indeed be a cool thing to have plugins for LO. Maybe it is time? SU was opened for plugins in version 4 - now we have LO 3 and by the time LO 4 comes out, there should be plugins for it!
