Sketchup 8 won't add new imagery
-
Hey,
The first week I had SketchUp 8, everything worked fine.
Then all of the sudden, I can no longer add satellite imagery or import the imagery so I can model!
I've been using Sketchup 7 in the meantime, but I really want to use 8 again! Here's what happens when I click the "add location" button:
..... nothing happens... ever...I've uninstalled and reinstalled sketchup 8 a few times but nothing works
I have Mac OSX 10 - and SketchUp 8 Pro
Any ideas?

the same behavior here. Demo version8 i.o. The licensed Version8Pro does not geolocation.
Mac OS 10.6.4 -
weird..
geo location works for me with su8 pro on leopard and snow leopard..i'll try to break it but i don't really know what could be causing that.

I'm going to perform a system software update.... and hopefully that'll fix it

Update: The problem is fixed, thanks to Bryce S over at Google
He had me delete a certain file in my Library->Pref->com.google whatever... but it's fixed now, and that reset the SU8 user interfaceThanks you guys for giving it a shot!
