SU 8 Crashes with Opening Scenes Window

Has anyone reported or know of a fix for this?
On any project I have worked on - if I go to Window and Scenes to open the Scenes window it crashes instantly.
Also, the pallet windows won't stay put...thought someone mentioned this, don't know if there is a solution for that or not either. But, MAN is that annoying!
