Folders Shown First in Components Dialog

Sub-folders of a Component Library should be sorted first in the Components Dialog. Or at least this could be an option. This is how most people expect a file manager to work, and the Components Browser in really just a specialized file manager.
In general, more sorting options would be a good thing.
