I'm just firing up 8 for the first time. I loaded rubies in 3 batches in case there were probs which needed isolation. Not any to speak of except for cd_power (I don't remember what this if for) and projection and protrude (error notice follows; contrary to it, the projection and protrude files are present), but I have not done any work so I may be in for a surprise..

However, I still have the toolbars and manager windows wandering where they wish at startup. I thought this was fixed.

      Boo hoo.

After a reboot to try to get Vista to stop telling me I needed V8 to open a file which had been saved with V8, and ignoring my repeated instructions in various places to open SU file with V8, my toolbars are docked where I last left them. SU windows (managers and such) remain uncontrollable.
