    Hi,
I'm looking for a plugin that I once had but now can't find. I seem to remember that the plugin added a toolbar with three icons. It turned lines into tubes, but you could specify the number of edges of your tube, so one could make a "box tube" with four only sides. I've searched the forums and google but to no avail.

    Thanks

        Thanks Charly,
I remember stumbling across PipeAlongPath before and I will enjoy using it again. But unfortunatly none of your three excellent links is the plugin i was thinking of.

No not 3skeng either πŸ˜ƒ The toolbar had, as I said, three buttons, and each button had the image of a line in persepctive, with either a circle, a star or a square, at the end of that line. The purpose was to quickly create a shape along the line. Sorry if this doesn't make a lot of sense. The reason I want it now is because of the new solid modeling tools. I want to use the plugin to create boxes along the contours of the roof in my model, and then use those boxes to cut roof tiles that are going over the edge. I know creating the boxes can be done manually, but the plugin would be a time saver. πŸ˜ƒ
