No, i'm afraid.

No... BUT you could make your own version using a web-dialog - and so heavy-duty coding...

It's easy to Customize the Outliner. Here, I did it 16 times
Ok sorry, that was bad.

An improved Outliner would be on my wish list. Perhaps this could be raised at Basecamp.
