Not that I am aware of.

When I first read the title of your post I thought you were trying to sell Cursor Enhancement Pills. 😆

Well, I turn my screen resolution to 800x600 and it´s ok with sketchup, the mouse cursor become larger and I use only keyboard shortcuts so turn off all toolbars, but the problem is that when I switch to another program there are some that require a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768.
I think my only option is to go with two monitors, that way I can keep one with 800x600 and the other for every other programs 1024x768, still, just hope there was a option inside sketchup.

            You don't list your OS.

On a Macintosh, so that it is easier to see and locate, the cursor can be adjusted to your liking by accessing the "Universal Access" preferences window and then by selecting the "Mouse & Trackpad" option. Near the bottom of the control panel, you will be able to find a slidable bar that can adjust the cursor size to be smaller or larger, as needed. This option can help make the mouse cursor easier to see against a difficult desktop background or for computer users with vision impairment issues or weaker eyesight.

            On a PC...

            1. In Control Panel, open your Mouse icon.
            2. Choose the pointers tab, and select the cursor you want to change.
            3. Select the browse button. You should now be in your cursor directory.
(If not, take a detour to Explorer or My Computer and your Windows
directory, arrange files by type, and look for files ending with .cur (and if
you wish, .ani for animated. Move them into a subdirectory called cursors).
            4. Choose the cursor you wish to use to replace the one you already have,
              then click open.
            5. Repeat this procedure for any other cursor you wish to change.
            6. Once you have made your selection, click the SAVE AS button, give
your new scheme a name, and save it.
            7. If you want to change ALL your cursors to a large or extra large size,
choose instead SCHEME, and then large or extra large. All your cursors
will then be a larger size.
            8. When done, click ok to exit the dialog box.
WARNING: If you use extra large, you may find your pointer cursor too
large for editing in your word processing program. When you point to a letter,
your cursor may cover it up. The extra large scheme is not recommended,
unless you have vision problems which warrant using this scheme.

However, this is unlikely to 'fix' SketchUp.
If you are up to it get a copy of 'ResHacker' and open Sketchup.exe et al and see if you can locate the images for the cursors and resize them...

You could also try emailing SUp support at Google on this 'accessibility' issue...

Thanks for the explanation, true the windows cursor scheme don´t affect the sketchup cursor. By the way I´m under windows and I find some intersting shortcut with windows 7, the windows logo key and +, zoom the entire screen, like in OSX.

                Hi folks.

If you want to make the cursor larger because you have difficulty seeing it, may I suggest going to "Preferences --> Drawing" and enable "crosshairs". Then, the cursor will be difficult to miss.

                Just ideas.
