SU7 Pro (7.1.6860) - freeze bug

I am experiencing freeze in SU7 Pro 7.1.6860 under Vista - fresh installation, no plugin installed.
I am running as administrator, but the UAC is active - it blocks writing to SketchUp sub-folders.
After some time while working in SU or having it inactive, SU freezes.
It is responsive until view changed, then locks itself - a change to orbit icon is usually a last action.I think it can have something to do with writing to a temp file. This is why it happens after some time.
I am receiving following message I haven't seen before.

This is not an answer, but I had this happen when I had a USB pocket storage device plugged in during an autosave.
