Drawing In Metric Issues

Hello All,
I am having some difficulties working with metric sketchup vs. imperial sketchup.
First off my importing from dwg format. For example if I import a line at 1000mm
it imports at 304800mm. I have double checked my Templates as well as my units.The work around I have come up with is a scale factor of .003281 but this does not
help when I have to keep importing my dwg after changes from there and then having
to rescale everything each time.I also found that when I scaled my model down I experience extreme model disappearing
when I zoom in.Any suggestions?

Hi Dave,
When importing dwg/dxf, always check the Options and set the import units into what the original dxf was made.
But I am sure you alrteady know that.
