How about some more information? Have you been able to download it? Do you think it is installed correctly? Is it showing up in your SketchUp menus?
We need more info and less exclamation points. A good general rule of thumb to follow is more words than exclamation points

What about Google Chrome?
You first need to install the latest version of Google SketchUp ( if the info in your profile is correct, you´re using SketchUp V3? )
Then you can download and install SketchyPhysics. And then you should enable SketchyPhysics' on-screen toolbars via SU "View->Toolbars" menu.

I think it´s telling you that you have reversed normals - there should be no " blueish" faces, so you ´ll have to flip them ( right click - reverse faces).
In other words, I think you have the back face of the wall ( the blue one) facing forward.
