Create a Toolbar of my menu

I have a simply menu, i want create a toolbar of this. What is the function?

http://code.google.com/apis/sketchup/docs/ourdoc/toolbar.html is a good starting point...
Note that the toolbar button .png files need to exist in the Plugins folder, or more usual a folder in that - to keep the folder tidy - e.g. "/PaulinesTools/Button1_Small.png" - you need two sizes for big/small toolbars... -
