Cant click any buttons in plugin (1001bit tools)

Anyone know the reason why i cant click any buttons in this plugin? the button does depress but nothing ever happens. Any solutions?
Using SU7 on vista.

Try again... BUT with the Ruby Console open and report any errors...

thanks for the reply..no errors occured when i clicked the button. Just.. well, not a thing happened.
Here's what the ruby console displayed (tried various tools - all the buttons didnt work)
default size
loading C:/Program Files/Google/Google SketchUp 7/Plugins/1001bit/hline_faces >> 0
loading C:/Program Files/Google/Google SketchUp 7/Plugins/1001bit/hgroove >> 0
loading C:/Program Files/Google/Google SketchUp 7/Plugins/1001bit/staircase1 >> 0
default size
loading C:/Program Files/Google/Google SketchUp 7/Plugins/1001bit/escalator >> 0

i have a same problem except Ruby said something like that:
uninitialized constant GCH_1001bit_loader::GCH_1001bit_load::GCH_1001bit_free::GCH_1001bit_tools::GCH_1001bit_roof1>
