Anybody else having problems with smustard

I just cant get a reply from them for windowizer4 ruby I bought at the end of December, I received a paypal acknowledgement but no email on where to download it from I have used their contact form several times but get no response.

I have checked my spam folder and nothing from them

Anybody else having problems ??

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. I don't have any contact forms requesting download links for Windowizer4 from December, nor do I have any idea why your contact forms would not have come through.
