Is there a way to import google terrain from google earth and to have it precise as it appears in google earth. A plugin maybe. I only managed to do it with bad precision, so that the mountains are much simplified than they appear in google earth

You need to zoom in closely to get higher terrain quality out of Google Earth. The more you zoom out, the less precise the terrain imports.
