Help!!! How to twist a rectangukar surface? Help!!!

OK, i badly need help on this.
How do i twist a rectangular surface?
Basically, this rec. surface is adjacent from the top of the building that will make its way to the front part of the building (going down) to be a shed to the entrance part.
Help. Thank You!!!

select bouth and use sandbox tool contour from
see at pic there is presented step by step.

You can use Fredoscale for twist anything
or Shape Bender
or Extrude Edges by 2 rails -
