I've got some semi-large models that i need to really zoom in on certain pieces..... but because they take up so much area, sketchup starts to cut off the item when i zoom in.... even if all but this item is turned off..... anyone know of a fix for this?? i feel like i've asked this before and should know an answer..haha..thanks.

Try to reduce the Camera Field of View to see if it comes into view.

This works for me when looking at small objects, anyway.

        Hi

Also, make sure your components doesn't have axis that way off in the distance. That often happens if you import stuff from DWG etc...

Thank you so much thomthom - I was trying to figure out the problem for more than a day. You really saved my life here! If you ever come to London, I'll buy you a beer...

Well, let me know when you are around, and you'll get that beer. A promise is a promise (and, who knows, I might have more problems with SU by then)! 😄
