SKindigo license policy problem

Hey man relax, I'm happy that the link is deleted. I'm not propagating piracy - I'm advocating against it.
-
I know. But linking with whatever innocent intents will still be indexed by Google.

OK, I get it, I understand, mi comprendo , - I am sorry, I apologise and I will never do it again.
Happy? -

Back on track about "licensing systems", Stinkie mentioned that you might have to wait for up to three days for your license. Why not do something similar to what Microsoft has? You just install the thing and activate it online. No need to send a request to a human being who might be sleeping or on vacation. And no need to give explanations if you switch to a new PC or change your CPU or network card; it just activates again.

You may not realise that what you are talking about is a patented technology system for which both Microsoft & Autodesk had to pay dearly in this court case:
http://www.lawyersandsettlements.com/settlements/05399/tech_patent.html[-Piracy free link ]It's not a simple matter of replicating the licensing system. Licensing it from z4 would add a huge cost overhead to the software which would have to be passed on to the purchaser. Then you would be complaining that the software is too expensive.

Sorry mate, I already patented the 'patenting one's wild ideas' concept. Move over, Monsanto!

I hope Glare will change their policy as they stated and I will have a look again later if the new Maxwell plugin is still not as it should be.
I remember my enthusiasm for Sketchup years back. Once I bought a license there was never any hassle with it. It was all positive energy. I can not image @last back then with Glare's look on licensing.

I forgot my password for Vue 7 Pioneer and now I can't use it. I keep requesting for a new password but nothing shows up in my HotMail inbox. So I guess E-on's approach is not compatible with bad memory. I guess I'll just open another Cornucopia account to get a new license.
UPDATE: Working perfectly fine now with a new Cornucopia 3D account linked to my GMail address.

It seems that the world is full of patent trolls nowadays. I think I'll go ahead and patent all my wild ideas so I'll be able to sue a few multinationals some years from now.
Back to discussion, I bought, downloaded and installed Vue Pioneer's RenderUp module in Windows 7. So I switched to XP to see how automatic the synchronization would be. This is the result:
I still have to figure out how to get the same module in XP. All I've been able to get is error messages. I guess their licensing system is not perfect after all.UPDATE: The message I posted went away after entering my e-mail and password again. Now I understand it works pretty much like Windows Live Messenge. And about the module, E-on gives you the option to download and keep an installer for each module. Even if you're such a clueless guy that you lose the downloaded installer, they allow you to download it again, up to five times.
