How To Shrink (or resize) a Compnent?

Hello there! I am new here, and I need some help. I downloaded a model form the 3D Warehouse, but it's too big for my model. Is there any way I could shrink or resize it to fit the size of my model?

Oh. Thank you! I thought the Scale tool only scales bits and pieces of a model.
