I have downloaded the plug in. However I have some problem to export all my 3D buildings. Some buildings are partially exported. My Sketchup is the version 6.4. Any idea why some of my 3D buildings are partially exported?

Thank you for sending us the model.

It turned out that Layer 0 was turned off, so we skipped the faces in layer 0. Turning Layer 0 on fixes the problem.

(SketchUp has an interesting definition for Layer 0- when it is turned off it only applies to objects at the top level. Objects in groups or components which were drawn in layer 0 are still visible. (For other layers, if you turn the layer off, it is off everywhere)

We will need to add the logic to 3D PDF to include faces in Layer 0 in groups in components, when the group or component layer is turned on.

For now, make sure that you can have Layer 0 on when creating your 3D PDF.

We fixed this and posted a new beta version of RPS 3D PDF. The 3D models are also to scale now, so the measurement tool in Acrobat works correctly.

The new beta version, IJ02, can be downloaded from our downloads page:
