MAC vs WIN

...which OS do you prefer...?
...which OS does Sketch UP Pro 7 run best on...?
Although SKU provides a software version for MAC...
...remember...that Google "Sketch UP" IS NOT a software designed and
programmed by APPLE...
...therefore...does SKU utilize the 64 bit processing that MAC offers? Are there any advantages to using a MAC with SKU?
Perhaps, MAC Hardware specifications simply "helps" with processing
polygons (edges and faces) of the SKU Model. But, does not directly
operate as a 64 bit application....what's your take...?

Mmmm... "PC" is a very general term. Let's assume you mean "Windows", as is implied in those Mac ads.
Now, to your questions:
I have no idea, let's wait until those using both OSs chime in. -
SU doesn't utilize 64 bit systems on either platform.
Sometimes there seem to be more glitches with SU on Macs (see the current Snow Leopard frenzy especially with LayOut) but the broader, native support of different file types (like pdf) give some kind of "extra" to Mac users.

Nor it was designed and programmed by MS (thank God)

I use both PC and Mac.
PC at work, Mac at home.I do not see any difference in speed, or ease of use with either system in SU. There are some small differences you need to adapt to, but essentially it's the same thing.
Outside of SU, I much prefer the Mac, by a long way, but you have to get around some of the issues using a mac can throw up, which is software you need that is only available on Windows. Bootcamp, Paralles and VMWare all allow you to get around this issue, but not as well as if the software was designed for mac.
I have been a Windows user ever since the late 90s and only moved across to mac earlier this year after being an admirer for a few years. It is hard for me to say exactly what I prefer, but I just
find the experience so much more enjoyable and fun. -
I much prefer Linux to either. Since Google Chrome (the vaporware OS, not the browser) is a Linux, there's hope for a Linux SketchUp. Hope!

I'm mac user for 25 years and eventually a windows user too. I have some PCs for my children to broke. The last PC I have been using at home went away from my window.
Probably this is just a a matter of personal preference and frustration is not in my list but I can ensure you one thing: PCs can't fly!

Which instrument is the best : A sax or a trumpet?
The best choice is the one that you like and can/will master as a tool.
