Looking for aircraft (Schematic)?
-
I say (Schematic) because I have no idea what they are called. I want to create an aircraft, but have no reference other than real-life photos. I'd like to find one of those cards that look like aircraft identification cards used by wartime pilots for recognizing silhouettes. Even better if someone could direct me to an image like those books that have images specifically for 3d modelers that have top, sides, front, rear and bottom scale images for use in modeling. I haven't been able to find anything similar on the web. Anyone know where I might be able to find such an image? I specifically need an AT-6 Texan.

I wrote a tutorial on that site for importing the schematic drawings into sketchup. It's pretty basic, but still, it's there...

Is that the tutorial using the train blueprint?
If so, it is very informative.
