The ghost returns....
Hi all young and old sketchup users, developers of the new sketchup 7 team, and any other modeler out there that do not really know the true potential power of this amazing tool. Today i want to share the power of sketchup itself, to encourage those who thinks sketchup is just a tool that can only build block models and nothing more. For my part your intention have simply found the center of the target!! Never thought it was possible to do so real with SU. And also a dreaming beautiful scene.
I have to come back again and again to study your tuts. Bravo et un grand merci pour votre générosité!!

Amazing work. What's the render plugin you used? V-ray?
-
yes its called vray for sketchup, you can get a demo or buy this program at http://www.asgvis.com
-
Amazing creation/art. Congratulations.
How did you make the texture on those concrete posts? -
hi there, when i worked on that model, no mapping add ons were available, so i just switched on my hidden lines, and start dumping a texture on it, and click and drop the texture to the triangles till it looked ok for the scene
Funny to get all those darn plugins afterwards when the work is finished hee hee -
Sigh.. I can see your images
-
hi SilverShadow! raises his three thumbs up for your work.
how exactly did you shape those rock fences? and the water part? can you post a tutorial on those two? thanks.
