[Request} Update to Pipe along Path >> Tappered Pipe

Could this be in your to-do list? The user would specify the beginning and ending diameters.
And, if at all possible, not only specify a tapper but the rate at which the tapper occurs as the pipe "stretches" along the path. For example, at equal intervals (from the midline of the path) or closer or futher from an end of the path. Do this by inputting a % in the VCB (50% would be midline, 30% would be closer the beginning of the path). OR maybe, an interactive guide similar to the one used in Fredo6's Freescale.

Another simpler option would be using Pipe along a Path, Fredo's Taper tool and Chris's Shape Bender plugin.

Seems if you use the Simple Loft by Chris Fullmer you can can make that you want
Just have a segment missing in the circle, so put it under face
