[Plugin] Select Outer Edges v1.0

This is pretty simple, from a request from John Clements here:

Select a group of faces and edges and run this plugin. It will select only the outer edges (perimeter edges) and also edges that border an interior hole. It only selects edges that you have selected before running the script. So hidden edges will not get added to the outer edges selection if they are not selected. Use the triple click selection method to make sure that hiiden edges are selected correctly. Also, single lines are not added to the selection either. Here is a video that sort of shows all of that. PS this is a script I probably wont be updating or adding to. Maybe it should just be included in Thom's selection toys (maybe it already is?). So if its in another, more major script out there, you might just be best using that one. And if someone points me to it, I'll probably just remove this script and point people to the better script.
