Upload doesn't recognize dial up.

I keep trying to upload or download models but it is hit or miss. When I click the icon and the sign in window comes up, I enter all the right info but it says "unable to find connection". But if I click on the help icon, it goes right to the help web page. Sometimes it works, Mostly it doesn't. I have also read that you should try the G button on the bottom left corner and it worked once, but now it doesn't. Any help?

Hi Matt,
The help button takes you straight to a webpage so it doesn't actually need SU and the web to "communicate". When SU cannot access the internet, it is generally some kind of a security setting problem. Try to find your firewall settings and make sure SU is allowed to access the internet.
I see you are using Vista so I can't give you a closer advice but I'm almost certain that it's not the fact that you are using a dialup connection.

No luck. I went in firewall settings and allowed SU. I even restarted the computer and still can't connect.
