Won't create face or intersect

- Make a cube
- Select line tool and start drawing a closed shape on one of the sides of the cube - starting on one of the cube edges
The new face created is lying on top of the other - instead of merging.
Selecting all and choosing Intersect doesn't work either. -

Don't draw shapes like that then.
But yes, it happens. "As if..." however I'd remembered such a bug / report already - just not sure "where".
