Size of files...

Hi!
I have a little problem of size in Sketchup:
I have created a campus, with about 20 buildings, and the size of the file campus.skp is nearly 13Mb.
Then, I want to put each building in one file, so I delete all the campus except the building I want to keep, I save as building.skp, but the size of the file is approximately 11Mb!
Is there a way to obtain smaller files?

Hi Bouillet,
Simply deleting parts of your model from the scene won't delete those parts (+materials, styles,layers whatnot) from the file, too.
Most of what's listed above, you can "purge" from their respective browsers (like the component browser) but to make it simple, go to Window > Model info > Statistics and at the bottom, find the "Purge all" button.
