Dimensioning a house drawing, dimensions don't stay put

Hello All,
Didd drawing of kitchen. Added several dimensions. Dimensions stay put for a few minutes then they disappear or randomly change themselves to an inaccurate dimension. What's going on here? Thanks, Jeff

This definitely shouldn't be happening with dimensions. Could you share a couple of snapshots?
