[Plugin] Construction Guide Context Tools - Update

This is v1.2.
It adds a context-menu 'Construction:Guides' that has 'Lines' and 'Points' sub-menus.
Each of these has four options to delete all, to delete selected, to put all active onto a layer, to put all selected onto a layer.
The layers are called CLINES and CPOINTS - edit the script and replace the text with other names as desired.
