I placed a texture on a surface then decided I did not want that one. This is a standard SU texture, not a custom one. I pressed the undo shortcut on my keyboard and nothing happened. So I pressed it a couple more times; still nothing. I pressed it again and got a Bug Splat.

        What SU version?

I just tried it with SU7 Pro (downgraded).

Fresh file. Drew a face. Applied a SU texture. Pressed Ctrl+Z. The Texture operation was undone without any crash.

Does this happen every time for you, on any model?

How did you downgrade to Pro7???

I am running the latest version: 7.0.10247

I seem to happen if I edit the texture in any way. Once I edit it I have trouble using the undo shortcut command. If I use the back arrows it works fine (at least that I can tell so far).

Edit: Hmmm, the file I was just using... when I closed (after everything was undone) I got a Bugsplat. All I did was X out of SU.

              I just did a test.

I applied some standard material to a face. I edited the width in the SU material editor, and then applied the material to another material.

When I then press undo it undoes the material I applied to the last face.
If I press undo again it undo the modification I did to the width of the material. BUT, the focus is then given automatically back to the material editor and the textbox specifying the width. So if I press undo again nothing happens, because SU's main window doesn't have focus. I have to give it focus before I can proceed with undoing any more.
              But no bugsplats.

(I installed SU7 Pro, where as the 8 hour trial ran out, so it's not downgraded to SU7 free.)

i noticed that problem with the focus on the material editor as well. when i paint something then hit space to get back to selection tool i get invalid# or some message from the value boxes in the material editor or sometimes it just turns the material color black if i was editing color of a texture 👊

Yea. The material windows is very annoying. It catched focus way too often. I don't know how many times I've messed up settings because I thought I used a shortcut in SU, but instead I typed in some letter into a value in the material window. (Not to mention that the cursed thing keeps popping up all the time.)

I've also experienced many times bugsplats when I close or minimize SU. Not constantly, but often enough.

The drawing window losing its focus on multiple undos has been a long-standing SU feature/bug - I have got so used to it that I cannot remember if version 3 already had it...
