Ever so slightly in her defense, I would not have called 911, but I damn sure would have called some authority if they did not have what I ordered and still tried to keep my money. What where they thinking. Is it OK to keep your money if they can substitute. No.

I thoroughly understand this woman's plight. I once called 911 because I vending machine stole my quarter. well . .I woulda called 911 but I didn't know the number.
