SKU7 Crashing

I have version 7 pro and have been using it since I downloaded it a couple of weeks ago. Since that time this version has crashed at least at least 3 times a day when I use the program. I get no bug slat no nothing, the program is just gone along with all the work I put in and had not saved in the interim. It is very frustrating, Please help.

Have you tried reinstalling it? can help sometimes.
And to make sure you dont lose too much work you can turn on autosaving by going window->preferences and ticking the relevant option.

Hi Phil and sorry to hear about your problems. Could you provide some details about your hardware environment (especially video card)?

I have reinstalled the program so far I have crashed only once and I do not get a bug splat when it happens, or has that been eliminated? I am on a Dell Precision running windows XP with a dual core processor @ 2.66 and 4 megs of ram, service pack 3. My video card is a nvidia Quadro FX 550.

Sounds like good specs!
I've just had a bugsplat recently (today) so it is not eliminated. Actually it is a good way for reporting problems about SU.

I can see the Bug splat icon in the SU folders, but nothing comes up when it crashes. guess i'll try to reinstall again a little later.

I keep getting a bugsplat everytime I try to edit a model. I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it.. Is there a way other to fix it?
~Oh, also in top view "By pressing the top view icon" the model cannot be selected when I click on it.. But when I rotate it a little bit -it can be selected..
Is there a way to fix it? It also happens in the side, front & back view.
