FFD tutorial request

Hi Guys,
I've just got the FFD plugin and want to know how to use it properly. Does anyone have any links to videos or other training resources?

It's very easy
make something
Select it (triple click)
Make a group
Right Click/FFD (choose that you want) = a new group is created
Edit this last group( Use the Outliner for easy selection of this group)
Move the points as you want!
Et voilà
