It's an age old Hungarian drinking game where good friends get together and pick their noses, the person with the biggest booger then nominates anyone at the table to down a drink. Csaba looks a little wasted, that's because he picked all the good ones on the way to the pub.

Hi folks.
Csaba ask for one more drink. The gentlemeni in front of him answers "only one ?". The gentlemen to Csaba's left (whose hand is obscuring part of his face) adds "Hey folks, ... hic ... two for me and I drive you back at the end of the evening".
