Measurement Bar Clips text

Reposting my bug report that got lost due to this weekend's forum crash.
The measurement bar clips the text in certain circumstanses so you only see part of the information. For instance when you have a model set in millimetres and draw a rectangle that's over 1000x1000mm, only "1000mm;" is displayed.
