This is what is wrong with the 3DWH rating system.

It is pretty self explanatory, but those wonderful comments are apparently in "response" to some constructive criticism on the commentator's models. It is obviously from the -=SAME=- character.

Dear Matthew,
This is the problem when pretty much anything can be uploaded to the warehouse. It is rather like YouTube - a great idea but hijacked by the egocentric individual who demands instant recognition for having learned how to wipe his/her own backside. Perhaps I'm being a little harsh, but I'm always surprised by what people upload for admiration and approval.
Regards,
Bob -
Pretty stupid reason for not using the 3DW, IMO. Of course there are some idiots who spoil the place, but not using the 3DW because of them is like locking yourself in your room because of all the bad people in the world.

What a great line
3DWH will always have the good, the bad and the ugly. No denying it's a great resource.

Yeah, those ratings are bogus. I usually sort by Popularity anyway.
B/c most of the time that's the best stuff.Matthew, you just gotta know it's their problem not yours and don't let them detour you.
-
I rarely go to the 3DW, but when I do, I don't pay attention to any ratings or popularity; I just search for whatever I am looking for and see for myself if the model is worth using.
-
Matthew,
Just do what he says he does: "give a..." Getting worried about such idiots is the worst thing you can do to your time, mood and health.
If it really bothers you however, you can always report a policy violation (after all he used rather foul language even is disguised).

Thankfully Google was on top of things and removed the comments, but for what it is worth here is a screen capture. I am sure the commenter will be back, his/her comments have been removed before.

Probably becuase I clicked the policy violation link.
-
And he is back, like clockwork. What is the point of submitting a policy violation link if this juvenile has absolutely nothing better to do than to come back?

Just give 'em a damn, Matt...

Or vote/comment yourself. If enough people vote properly then the system will work.
