          Nice Scott.
I agree with stinkie that the lights are a bit hot.
I do like the reflection in the glass on the far wall however, it answers the question... "What is behind me?"

I do agree with the lights as well. It was one of things that I had X amount of time to get this done so it is what it is. Something I will go back to correct though.

render good, I agree with stinky, maybe the lights are too strong for such devices, but issues of taste, which surprised me is the rendering time, 25 is not much at all.
              I liked the tank 😄

Thanks. When it comes to render times, I think some people turn the settings far past what they need to be to get a good image and in turn render times go through the roof. Even the default setting will give great results in Vray. I typically start with the default settings and then just tweak them very little. This in turn will keep render times to a minimum.

This was done for a client to show the tank graphic on the wall.

If that is the case, you need to light the graphic with some type of lighting to highlight it. And turn down the room light a little lower. As the way it is, one is not quite sure if this image is about the room or the graphic on the wall.

                    i agree
perhaps making a soft frame round the image would help too

                      Stunning Scottpara,

I'm digging this... Jack bird interesting.

Here's my deal about it, I would create a troff in front of the graphic that's about six feet wide -- from the base of the tank graphic out into the room -- then fill that with dirt and broken bottles.

You might want to propose that your client plant potatoes in said trench, as that would add some interesting textures to the mix.

It also might be nice to paint tread marks all over the floor, make them look like the hog just drive through.

                        Thanks Durante,

I love the idea of the trough but I think with the fire exit being right there that the building official would have a real issue with that. Maybe we could do something with the tracks on the floor though. That would be cool.

Track marks on the carpet is a great idea. I'd love to see it.

At first look the space seems expansively empty, but counting ceiling tiles I see it is the field of view and understand this shows the mural to best advantage. That said, I think the shadow on the floor and the matching reflection on the far wall pull the image together quite nicely...it might help to push those two items a bit more into prominence.

                                    Tom,

Thanks for the nice comments. Yes, the camera angle is quite drastic but I really needed to get the wall into the image in full and add enough other existing detail for the client to really get a good feel as to how this big mural will affect the space. I will be reposting soon as the changed the image they want to use and I have updated the lighting as well. Hopefully I can get the new image done tuesday.
