      My exported animation is too choppy. Is there a way to clean the video up and make it smoother without using the page transition smoother and scene times (already tried those.) Thanks!

        If you go file->export->animation then click on the options button (bottom right) you should get an option to increase the frame rate. Increased frame rate=smooth videos.

          Yeah, remus is right on. Below 15 fps will probably be pretty choppy. 30 fps will take a long time to render but will be nice and smooth.

              On bigger files you can animate the transitions one by one and then stitch them together with windows movie maker. It takes a bit longer to animate the whole scene but you can check the quality of each transition quicker and easier
