Oh, do you know if the render goes faster if I only render the things in the model that I want. I meen does it go faster if I hide other stuff on the model that I don´t need in my rendering scene?
-
Yes, it should go faster, although the difference it makes is mostly dependant on the size of the scene. If youve got a large scene and your only rendering a small part of it, it's probably worth hiding as much as you can, but if its only a small scene the time saved probably isnt worth the inconvienence of hiding all the geometry.

i dont know. to me, all the flat white walls make it seem kind of soul-less, especialy since this is for "young children". a little bit more "warmth" would bee apreciated. both by me and the future users of the room.

Looks very nice to me,
Usually if You place an emiter material on spherical or objects
like the ceiling lamps You have over there render times increase
considerably.I dont know what renderer You are using but this
applies in most cases.
Try using rectangular emiters whenever You can.

Mateo she is using Podium...Not really good idea to use too many LEM as render times increase a lot.

two words (or is it hyphenated?): omni lights
-
Kakang has omnis in the scene I believe. The trick is to have grid of omni with low power to get enough even light to interior.

everyone give sepo a hand!

Lending a hand!
-
haha... is this called SA brutality?
-
That is from a foreign national, pwning our jobs...
Just toying a bit with the xenophobia that is probably in the news all over the world lately. The image above is actually a simulated severed hand made from who knows what, but it looks real all right! -
whats that in the fine print? oh, and we're way off topic
