I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to say.
Your model is all loose geometry, the only component is the scale figure that shows as a nested instance.
Once Solid inspector has fixed the issues it can there are still holes and overlaps that you need to address manually.
To get a volume the object needs to be a solid.

The only thing I can imagine is: the line between your internet service provider and our server hosting company in Germany was either down or very slow. This kind of thing can happen if a major router or cable line is down.

Something is amiss with your setup.

If you have Libfredo installed can you run Window > Libfredo Settings > Fredo6 Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support command and copy/paste the output into your reply?

Can you confirm the versions of Clothworks and Sketchucation Tools you are running too?

Probably not noticeably better on small models but if you increase visual enhancements you would notice it.

So if you decided to use a style that had quite nice bitmap based strokes and added shadows. Or bumped up your OpenGL settings to ludicrous mode. Your integrated GPU would definitely under perform compared to a dedicated GPU.

For mundane appearance settings, like Fast Styles, and generally efficient light models SketchUp is optimised for integrated GPU.

Point clouds are normally displayed as guidepoints. As long as you don't delete guides they should remain visible. You can combine them into a component or group and give the group a tag. Then you can control whether the point cloud is visible in a given scene.

Oh jeez, turns out I already have it installed. Now that's embarrassing 😳 Now all I gotta do is figure out how to use it. I'm not too hopeful, but I'm gonna give it my best shot. Thanks, happy holidays!

I'd watch the videos first to see what transforms it can do.

Well, since you are using SketchUp as a hobbyist, maybe sticking with what you have will work fine for you.

Drag the floating toolbar by its top part into the top area or the left, and it should 'dock'.

It should automatically go to the bottom right if you remove it. Drag the Measurements window back into Customize Tool Palettes window. If it still doesn't show right click on the bottom edge of the SketchUp window. On the PC you can tick Measurements to make it show. If you installed SketchUp correctly it should just be there, though.
