I like this kind of wooden structures my self. I wish I could build a house like that, just with my hands, but that's a sweet dream!

Things that should never get rendered

RE: Hypershot Again
Thanks prince, it's decent but not perfect like the mustang...I'll try this weekend to understand how materials works. I think that's the difference between good and decent, when we talk about Hypershot.
No problem with the link, glad I could help!
Regards,

RE: Hypershot Again
Another shot,@1 hour, I just tweak a little materials, I'm not very happy, but that's my issue. I didn't know how to make materials to look perfect.

RE: Hypershot Again
Hi Nomer! Well, it's hard to say, because I really don't know if the render was finished( I guess no, because the processor was 100% charged when I save the shot). First one @ 1 hour, and the second, with DOF applied, @4 hours. But again, I was save the shot when I consider that was good enough. I made these shots on a very low machine(1,7 processor and 768 Ram). You decide.

RE: Dirty room
Awesome work! Did you used specular maps on walls? It seams to me that there are some specular reflection over the 'graffiti'. Keep them coming!

Thanks man... have you tried to render any architectural scenes with this program yet?
Not yet. But I believe it will look ok, if I can make perfect materials, but I doubt it. I'll try that, when I'll have some time.

Look great...vray? Some of the best rendered cars ive seen
Hi there! " I wish" can be the answer! It is a dream for me to achieve this rendering quality with vray...but I don't give up!

Great renders! Can you share one of the green mustang in full view? It would make a great wallpaper. Good job again
Thanks for clarification about the hood pins Glenn! I just modified the images, for full viewing.

RE: Hypershot Again
David, thanks, but like I said, I have no credits for this result, just try it my self. Too bad that it's so expensive
Happy Birthday by the way! -
RE: Hypershot Again
Shore, the one that I used it's @ 200Mb
. But this is awesome, I get great results with this kind of big HDRI's! This it's the link: http://www.openfootage.net/

Hypershot Again
I have no credits for these images, I have downloaded the car and the materials, and I only change the environment. Looks awesome, but the price...

RE: Kashino House - Tado Ando
Prince, it seams to me that your first images, don't have the perspective view. The last one it's in perspective view. How you can control that?
By the way, very nice results! I may try it.EDIT: OK; I watch the tutorials...sorry!

RE: Newbie here...
Hi Leonardo...WOW ! It's a pleasure to see your work, but I don't think that the title of you post it's suitable for those beautiful images that you shared with us! It seems to my that you are very professional, and not a newbie at all. And when I thinking that I thought that vray it's the best rendering engine...
Congratulation! -
RE: Kitchen
Another good eyes!
You are right about the vent, but it was the client idea with those materials on the floor...but I admit that I could find a better combination. I will modify this scene in my free time, and I will post the result. Thanks for comment Daniel!

RE: Kitchen
Hi Eric, in deed, it's too clean, but the client was in my boss's office, and I didn't have time for details, so I have allot of issues, but when I'll have some free time, I will get my hand dirty with this one again
Thanks for comment!
Hello John, and thanks for observations. About those reflections...well...it's happen when I render. I think it has to do something with the displacement, because I used that material before, and it was ok. I have a "specular" map for reflections, so the floor it's not have a uniform reflection, anyway, I have to admit that it's something wrong there, and I have to correct it! Good eyes!
Thanks again! -
Kitchen
Another day at work, another project. I hope you like it, C&C welcome!

RE: Silvershadows eye candy 2 : BLACK HAWK
First of all...CONGRATULATIONS for this tasty candy. If the first one it was a masterpiece, a piece of art with all those textures and lightning and everything, and this one it's the most photo-realistic sketchup work I've ever seen....I just wander....what we should aspect in the future? How will look the candy number 3? I'm thinking already...damn , and I'm still at work!! -
RE: Simply piece of furniture
Thanks for comment guys!
Nomer, the cause of the noise, it's the small number of reflection subdivision (8 by default), witch I forgot to bump (@20 usually). It's a wooden material with IOR 1.3 and 0.8 refl. gloss. and 0.8 highlight glossiness.
