There is not an official forum (not that I know of). But I am sure that me and the guys at Enscape are constantly checking the feedback on the video I released and hopefully to AdamĀ“s winning with sketchup review.
For now if you post it here or on the videos I will see it and pass it on to the team at enscape.

I am sorry to hear that it didnĀ“t work Peter, I will let the guys at Enscape know about this, you are not the first one. We have programed releasing videos with each new feature and a how to install video next week.
I am going to check into it if there are any other possible ways around this issue, and I will be letting you know. It really is an awesome tool.

Hi guys! As you said, since it is the alpha version they are still quite a few bugs. I have been talking to the guys at Enscape and they are trying their best to fix this for the official release, so it really helps that you post these issues.
On the other hand, I had the some problem when installing it, what worked for me was closing sketchup and opening again but choosing a different graphics card. I had the default built in one for SkP and when I chose the other one Enscape was good.
