Hello there.

I've been searching the 3d Warehouse for what I need and am coming up consistently short. Perhaps an expert modeler is what I need.

I work for a small website that would like to make green building educational materials. I have some intermediate experience in Sketchup and would be able to make basic edits and cross-sections, but what we REALLY want is a simple 2-story house model, plus basement, with exterior walls, framing, and interior walls. Details like electrical, plumbing, and insulation layers would be great. And having it all in layers, so we could pop the roof off, remove exterior walls, etc...

I've seen people requesting to have this kind of thing located for them for free. I'm not asking that. I'm asking how much that might cost us to commission. Not asking for appliances, wallpaper, furniture, etc... Just a great shell of a house with fixtures and details.

I'd appreciate any help or info. Thanks!
